Prairie View A&M University constructed a new observatory building to house two observatory domes; an 18′ 6″ Ash Dome and an 18′ Astrohaven clamshell. Each dome has a 50″ square central concrete pier for supporting telescopes up to 1-meter.

Observatory Solutions installed the following:

• Ash 18′ 6″ dome
• Bisque pier and ME-II mount along with a Meade 16″ telescope
• Custom steel telescope mounting plates for the PlaneWave 1-meter telescope system and Bisque systems
