This observatory was placed over an existing garage. It was not possible to use a concrete pier foundation, so Observatory Solutions enlisted the help of Hofstadter Analytical to design a steel framework support. 

Observatory Solutions provided the following:

• Pier-Tech dome; 10′ 5″ with electric lower shutter, slip rings for continuous power to the dome and automation system
• Bisque Paramount ME-II mount with three (3) 30 lb. counterweights and one (1) 40 lb. counterweight
• PlaneWave CDK20 (20″, 0.51 m) telescope with Hedrick focuser and Delta-T dew prevention system
• Tele Vue NP127is (5″) refractor
• System configuration and testing
• Training
