Observatory Startup Using ACP Scripting – This ACP startup script starts the weather station, connects to the ACP weather server and checks for safe conditions, opens the roll-off roof, powers up the equipment, connects to TheSkyX and homes the telescope, connects to MaxIm DL and starts cooling the cameras and finally launches FocusMax.

Observatory Shutdown Using ACP Scripting – This ACP shutdown script warms up the camera sensor, disconnects from the ACP weather server, stops FocusMax, stops MaxIm DL, parks the mount, stops TheSkyX, powers off the equipment and closes the roof. Text alerts are sent if either mount parking or roof closure fails.

Optec Gemini Rotating Focuser Installation – Installation of the Optec Gemini Rotating Focuser on a PlaneWave CDK20 with SBIG STX-16803 / FW7 / AO-X imaging setup. The installation process will be similar on other telescopes with different imaging systems.
